Mood Swing Variability

I found the illustration below on an Australian site about Bipolar Disorder.

It shows the variation between normal mood swings and mood swings of people with Bipolar Disorder. Even with medication to control my mood swings, my moods still falls well outside the normal range from time to time and it takes constant work to try and stay in the normal range.

That’s pretty typical for many people with Bipolar Disorder who are doing all the prescribed things to stay “normal” and stable. I just have to take it one day at a time. Some days are better than others.
